"As a therapist, I support clients in discovering and embracing their inner truths"
About Me
My professional and personal journey has shown me that healing begins by exploring and embracing our inner world. Often, we exhaust ourselves trying to escape discomfort, but with the right therapeutic connection, a focus on strengths, and an appreciation for life, we can find meaning and grow beyond suffering. True change often arises through small, powerful moments that guide us forward.
As a therapist, I support clients in discovering and embracing their inner truths. Therapy bridges the connection between your inner world—your thoughts, feelings, and desires—and the outer world. Psychotherapy offers an opportunity to view challenges from new perspectives, including those we may impose on ourselves, and to reshape our relationship with them, moving toward greater freedom.
Our work fosters curiosity and compassion, uncovering pathways to healing and growth. Therapy is not only about resolving difficulties but also about discovering who you are amidst life’s complexities. Through collaboration, we’ll transform challenges into opportunities for meaningful change and deepen your connection to yourself and the world around you.
What is a Provisional Psychologist?
A provisional psychologist is a mental health professional undergoing supervised practice as part of their training to become a fully registered psychologist. As provisional psychologists undergo extensive supervision by senior professionals, therapy with the provisional psychologists often combines the fresh and up-to-date knowledge of a growing professional with the skillset and experience of seasoned senior psychologists.
